Returns & Refunds
Need to return a product and/or request a refund?
Please submit your request online in order to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:
Please provide your order number, full name, day-time phone number, email address, and the reason for the return. We will then get back to you if any additional information is needed and/or the RMA number with complete instructions on how to return the product(s) back to us.
If you do not request a RMA number a 5% fee will apply, in addition restocking fees may apply. Upon receipt of the return in good condition and in original packaging, we will issue a refund back to original form of payment used when the order was placed. Restocking fees may apply to special orders and any deposit that was required is non-refundable.

Battery Warranty
The period of time a battery is warranted by the manufacture varies between brands and the series within those brands. Please refer to the specific product information sheet and/or send us an email for additional information.
Battery warranty does not cover:
- Discharged batteries that can be recharged and returned to service
- Labor costs for battery removal and installation
- Cost for recharging or use of rental batteries or vehicles
- Damage due to charging system failure, negligence, abuse, accident, improper installation or freezing
- Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use or other incidental or consequential damages
- Failures which occur outside the United
